Housing Coordinator (Part-time) in Luleå/Boden

Do you want to work with practical and people-oriented housing assignments in a stable and growing organization while being an important part of international establishments in northern Sweden? Aspia is the leading business partner in the Nordics for accounting, payroll, tax, consulting, and HR, with approximately 3,100 employees in six countries and over 160 offices in total, of which about 50 are in Sweden.

As we strengthen our delivery in relocation, we are looking for a part-time housing coordinator with local roots in the Luleå/Boden area.

With us, you will work in a professional environment where you contribute to safe and well-functioning housing solutions for people moving to or from the region for work, both temporarily and permanently. The role suits you who thrive in a coordinating role with a lot of personal responsibility and many points of contact.

About the Role

As a part-time housing coordinator at Aspia, you are the spider in the web in the housing-related parts of our relocation assignments. You work operationally with housing issues related to both moving into and out of the Luleå/Boden region. The role involves close collaboration with Aspia's relocation team as well as extensive contacts with external parties.

You often meet people from other countries and serve as a local point of trust in connection with housing searches, viewings, and practical matters related to living. Some parts you handle yourself on-site, while others you coordinate together with landlords, housing companies, and other partners.

The work is demand-driven and takes place on an hourly basis. Evening and weekend work may occur, for example, in connection with viewings, move-ins, or move-outs.

Examples of Tasks

  • Contact and dialogue with private and municipal landlords, property owners, and housing companies.
  • Booking and conducting housing viewings with individuals who will live and work in the region.
  • Coordination and administration of rental agreements.
  • Practical support during move-in, such as key handover and walkthrough of the property.
  • Support during move-out, such as inspections, termination of rental agreements, and return of the property.
  • Ongoing feedback and coordination with Aspia's relocation team.

Your Profile

To thrive and succeed in the role, we see that you live in Luleå or Boden and have good local knowledge of the area. You are comfortable meeting people, have a professional demeanor, and enjoy a role with a lot of independent responsibility.

You are structured, responsible, and flexible in your availability. You have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. A driver's license and access to your own car are required.

Previous experience in service, real estate, housing mediation, relocation, or similar is an advantage, but not a requirement.
